Areas of Expertise

The firm has developed a notable reputation for handling professional indemnity insurance claims and construction disputes. The firm is a leading firm in acting for professional practices such as architects, engineers, surveyors, accountants, financial advisers/brokers and solicitors. Outside the field of professional practices, the firm’s clients come from a wide variety of industry sectors, the main ones being Insurance, Construction, Property and Information Technology.

We also advise clients on all aspects of admiralty law and shipping law, including ship arrests, cargo claims, collision claims, charter-party disputes and bill of lading disputes. Our clients include ship owners, P&I Clubs, ship managers, ship charterers, marine insurers and other international law firms.

The firm operates from offices in London and Bristol in the UK as well as Dublin in Ireland. Further details and useful information to clients are available on the Website www.beale-law.com

Ability to Represent Clients throughout the Country

Our coverage extends to England and Wales and the Republic of Ireland. We are able to appear in interlocutory hearings in County Courts (smaller claims) and the High Court. For the main hearing of a case in those Courts barristers have to be engaged to conduct the advocacy in Court. In Ireland, the legal profession has two branches. This enables us to engage an advocate with the appropriate specialist experience.
